Hi,

1. to do when you break down all members of a group Redos
2. When you break down one or more members of the Groups of Redos and has at least one member per group Redo.
    Also indicate:
    What preventive measures should be taken to respond to a similar problem as quickly as possible?
    If there are particular features from 9i, 10g or 11g indicate.
