Log and Notes button unable to update a call
after upgrading to Oracle R12 i came across problem below in CRM and if anyone has the solution to this problem,
you are more than welcomed to help.
Problem Description: When a user is updating a call using Log and Notes, it jumps to the tasks workbench and it does not allow the user to close that tasks window. sometimes when the user is closing a call through Status field "resolved" it also jumps to Tasks tab.
