How to dynamically generate POV for a report into pre-defined URL syntax that for another reporting

We use business objects reporting for transaction level details that we do not maintain in Hyperion Planning.  For various reasons, EIS, Essbase Studio structures were ruled out as a means to an end.  Where we sit now is that we need to provide the following:

Ideally when a user is inside a Financial Report, we need to embed a Business Objects reporting URL in the Financial Report that also grabs the user's current POV and provides this as a parameters within the Business Objects rooted URL.  Some Financial Reporting prompting for POV parameters is okay, but not ideal.

Any guidance or suggestions of where to look for this would be appreciated.  The related content linking seems interesting, but haven't quite been able to put it all together.
