Patch Deliveries for different platforms - p13036331

Hi,I'd like to learn about the patch delivery strategy of Oracle for the Oracle Database product.
Currently I've seen that a patch 13036331 was released for Oracle 11.2.0.3 available on AIX and Linux.
Question is if this patch will also be created for other platforms like Solaris and HP-UX.
Or do I have to file additional service requests for each platform to push Oracle to get it?

Any comments are welcome.
