View Burdened Cost Form

With the start of a new fiscal year, I have changed some burden schedules on some tasks.  Now if we try to view burdened costs in the form with a date from last fiscal year, we are getting the message APP-PA 19407  A Burden Schedule is not defined for the given expenditure combination.

Using a date for the current fiscal year, the form returns the results.  Why can't we see results from the prior fiscal year?
