ASCP Forecast questions

1.       Version 12.1.3

How we get the forecast to come over to ASCP for the beginning of month instead of the end? 

2.       It appears that forecast is coming over in monthly forecast buckets but is there a setting in ASCP I should check to confirm it is set up this way?
