Placing a Concurrent Request on HOLD

Our payment batches are scheduled via the concurrent manager to run Mon-Fri. If this process is placed on HOLD after Tuesday's run, then manually processed on Wednesday. The Hold will be released the following Monday, will the concurrent manager run the process for the missed days in the previous week, or will the process begin based on the SYS DATE & TIME?
