ASM slow down ever 51 days

hi

A client of mine have a oracle 11.1.0.7 psu 6 database running inside ASM,  same version .

And the o/s is Solaris 9 container running on top of Solaris 10.

Every +-51 days the performance of this database is so bad that we have to stop and start the zone .Stopping and starting the database and  the ASM instance does not help

Even the log writer prosess is slow and oem is showing that the responsive is greater than 200 ms although thie sar command does not show this from the os side

How  do i trace/debug this one
