Problems webutil cliente.Ole2 Outlook 2010 send mail

Good afternoon

When  attempting to send mail through using WebUtil clientOle
to connect to Outlook ..

In Outlook 2007 no problem but when using Outlook 2010, the application not  gives error message,  but does nothing just freezes.

Anyone know  what  can do?
