In a Cluster Environment with Oracle RAC, is it possible to start/stop CRS with a user account other

Hi All,

I would like to know if it is possible to start/stop CRS (crsctl start/stop crs) with a user account other than root. Here in the company, due to security reasons, DBA can't use root account. Is there a way to give permissions to Oracle user managing CRS?

I'm using Oracle Grid Infrastructure/Database 11.2.0.3 for AIX ppc64bit.
