When I want to view an attachment: The following file cannot be accessed

Hi,

Since march 2011 I have a problem with opening some - a lot- of my attachments, which were uploaded in 2009.

The message 'The following file cannot be accessed' is given when I try to View an Attachment.

Strange enough, this is not happening for all my attachments (with same variables like upload date, creaed by, owner, name conventions and extensions)

Did you ever saw such a message and please, do you know when this message is generated by CRM On Demand?

I can not imagine that this issue is caused by the customer, since update dates are also from 2009.
