Freight Allocation on Fixed Asset Invoices

Is there any way to automatically allocate Freight on Invoices using the Asset Clearing accounts? 

We do not want our AP Clerks to need to go to each invoice distribution line to check if it involves a Asset Clearing account, and have to make a decision on allocation to get the freight charges over to FA.
