Other ways to rebuild Custom AAD then the one from Note Note 872067.1

Customer needs to apply a patch witha  new version of arxlaaad.ldt (8404146:R12.AR.A)
Customer would like to know :

What if I do not rebuild the custom AAD post validating the seeded AAD? Will this lead to any erroneous accounting? I m asking this question because I think that rebuilding the entire custom AAD (tedious job on the basis of the degree of customization) may be quite risky even if we tend to miss out one JLD or copy one JLD incorrectly. So is there anyway to automate the rebuilding of the custom AAD  - which is far less riskier than manual rebuilding.
