Reports - Can I get a report by Lead/Contact and their responses to survey questions

Hi

Is it possible to get a report from within ODM which will show me an individual (within a campaign or program) and their responses to survey questions?

Is it possible to do the same above but for an individual person and all of their responses to survey questions?

What we're after is being able to look up "John Smith" and get a view into how he answered all questions he's answered on web-forms across all campaigns and programs.
