'Debrief' form not opening in custom responsibility.

Hi,

I have made a new custom responsibility named 'CTO Call Center' from 'Customer Support' responsibility, which has some limited features of 'Customer Support' respnsibility.

While clicking on 'Debrief' button in SR form from custom responsibility, error message like 'Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibility or contact your System Administrator.' is coming.

Can anyone tell me function name/menu name responsible for opening of 'Debrief' form. We are using Oracle Applications version as  : 12.1.3.
