Advanced Pricing Rebates and Blanket Orders

Advanced pricing rebates are not accruing for releases from blanket orders and they should. The pricing constants (P41001) and the Price Adjustment Definition (P4071) are both flagged to apply the rule on override price. No rebate record is created in F4074, even if we run R42950 to re-price the order. Any insights?
