Can I use only some file from Patchset 11.2..0.3 ?

Hi ,
I have to install Oracle's Patchset with 7 files.

p10404530_112030_Linux-x86-64_1of7.zip to p10404530_112030_Linux-x86-64_7of7.zip

Can I use onyl relevant ones ?
