Correcting journal import errors

I ran Create Accounting - Receiving and received an EF01 error, so I opened the account in GL. Then I re-ran Create Accounting - Receiving, but no journal was created. Under Metalink I found the following:

In R12, a batch from the subledger with errors cannot be correct in this form because the data is rolled back to the Subledger Accounting tables and removed from the interface. This will allow for the data to be fixed in the subledger and the accounting to be re-generated and re-transferred.
However this is still useful for importing data from other systems (not using the subledger accounting engine).
