Can I enter Quarterly Budgets in GL?

Hi,

My client budgets quarterly.  In GL Budgets, I see that I have to enter an amount by month, see example, with a total quartely budget of $60,000. 

Jan - $10,000

Feb - $20,000

Mar - $30,000

We have to do Funds Check for every PO, AP invoice or JE.  Lets say its January and I've already exceeded the $10,000, the system does not pass the funds check because my amounts are monthly.  I want to have access to the full $60K for the entire quarter.

How do I tell Oracle to do this????
