Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC)

After the OTM and BPEL Server bounce - the integration between EBS and OTM is not working.

Hi,

After the server bounce of OTM DB, Middle tier and BPEL server, the integration between EBS OM and OTM is not working.

The Order Release from Oracle EBS into OTM is not happening. Also, in OTM we are seeing the Order status release is "PLANNING_PLANNED - FAILED".

How to get the reason for the status is PLANNING_PLANNED - FAILED?

PS: I am new to OTM so please provide the steps to investigate the issue.
