Problem printing EpsonTM receipt printer in Reports 10g

Hello.
I'm printing on a Epson TM receipt printer from OAS-reports 10g.
The server is Windows 2003 server (64bit).
In the reports queue the reports fail with a "Engine crash error".
If you print from other local application (on the machine) the printer work fine.

What can be wrong?
