Consolidation question from 11.5

I am still on E-Business 11.5.. 

I am trying to use GCS to consolidate from my Mexico SOB (after it has been translated) to my Parent SOB... 

in the Transfer Form... it is asking me for a Parent "Standard Period".  There is nothing in the LOV.  Where do I go to populate this field.  My parent and subledger set of books have the periods open
