Warrenty got terminated during MISC ISSUE.

Hi,

   Our business scenario is as below

   1. Warrenty item sals to customer.

   2. Return from customer if fails.

   3. Issue to service center for repair [MISC ISSUE]

   4. Got repaired and take Receipt [MISC Receipt]

    5. Replacement to Customer as In warrenty.

Here we observed that during MISC Issue to service center [Step 3], Warrenty got terminated.

hence unable to pass on balance warrenty to repaired item .

Can anybody help to sort out this functional problem..

As we want though misc issue performs, system should not terminate the warrenty and it got tranasfered to repaird item

at the time of replacement..
