Server package and deploy

Hi All, I'm working for two customer with same release 9.0.2 + TR 8.98.4.4 (Windows 2008 platform for web and enterprise). I have same problem when I deploy a server package containing business function correctly compiled. When I deploy server package dll file under pathcode\bin32 are not replaced by dll under package directory. I must restart EnterpriseOne services, and then deploy runs correctly.

Is there a known issue about this situation? With previous TR 8.98.3.4 on the same customers this error doesn't occur
