Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear experts,

Any idea why am I getting ORA-02049: timeout: distributed transaction waiting for lock when running DBMS_CAPTURE_ADM.CREATE_CAPTURE?

How to prevent this problem?
