ORA-01405 in alert log and trace file

Hi,

On one (yep, only on one node) of our 2 node (11.2.0.2) RAC databases, we are getting the following errors in the alert log file

ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
