Selecting a font using CUPS

I'm trying to figure out how to print a text file to an HP Color Laserjet 4700 *with a particular font*.   I've installed CUPS (CSWcups 1.4.5,REV=2010.12.24) on my Solaris 10 (SunOS servername 5.10 Generic_147440-04 sun4v sparc sun4v) server and have successfully printed to the printer using several options (thank you ColinS):

lp -d printername -o landscape -o cpi=16.6 -o lpi=8 -o page-top=82 \

–o InputSlot=Tray4Optional textfile.lis

I can not for the life of me figure out how to control which font to print with.  In the PPD file (/etc/opt/csw/cups/ppd/printername.ppd), I see correct font information:

Howdy, Stranger!
