Value for the flexfield segment ACCOUNT does not exist in the value set

Hi All,
We have a requirement where we want the value in ACCOUNT segment in the following format:
e.g.XX.XX.XXX
11.99.0700

Key Flexfield Values form allows me to enter the value in this format.
However,when I tried to do COA mapping it gives me following error:
Value for the flexfield segment ACCOUNT does not exist in the value set

PFA the screenshot.Please reply at the earliesr as its very urgent for us.
