After Implimented vertical clustering on workspace and planning servers,it's throwing communication

We were implimented vertical cluster on workspace and planning servers and we were stetup  different url with ports but i am running that URL we were able to launch workspace webpage and i clicked on application (HFM,planning applications) we were getting below error message.

Invalid or could find module configuration

Required application module hyperion planning.planning is not configured for planning application in workspace

Required application module hfm.appcontainer.planning is not configured for planning application in workspace

could you please help what needs to be done for resolve this issue.do you we need to copy application servers Jar file or something else which we need to do.
