Party_id value is -1 in hz_party_sites

Hi all,

    I came across a set of records in HZ_PARTY_SITES table which had PARTY_ID column as -1.

    I would like to know if there is any standard scenario which updates the the PARTY_ID to -1 or if this is some garbage data created by direct update on the HZ_PARTY_SITES.
