Displaying Products Not In the Price List

Hello,

In the Bookshelf Siebel Order Management Guide there is a section which describes that products can be displayed in the dynamic catalog for a quote when they are not in the price list associated with the quote header. This can be configured by changing the User property “SetPriceListSearch” to a value “N” for the BC “Quote Catalog Internal Product by Price List Optional 2”. and also documented in Doc Id 1097527.1

 

I tested this on the vanilla 8.1.1 application but it did not work. The products that were in the Admin Catalog>Category but were not in the price list were not visible when navigating to the Quote>Catalog and drilling down on the category.
