'Service Activity Code' (SAC) is not coming in 'Material' tab of Debrief form

Hi,

'Service Activity Code' (SAC) is not coming in 'Material' tab of Debrief form. Message is coming as 'List of Values contains no entries'.

I have checked all the related setup parts (i.e. Instance Statuses, Transaction Billing Types, Business processes) and all are seems to be correct. Also I have checked Note 353477.1 - How To Troubleshoot Why a Service Activity Code Is Not In The List Of Values On a Debrief Transaction, but not get solution.

Can anyone help me in this.
