Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to convert "Shared" MRP to "Full" licence within Oracle EBS 11.5.10

Is is possible to convert from a shared MRP to full MRP within 11.5.10 via the "Licence Manager" ?
