Depreciation program taking long time

Hi,

When we run the month end closing depreciation is taking long time to complete(of course,

large number of entities are there, so we made a request set). Is there anyway to reduce the time

to complete the program. We are in 11.5.10.2.

We are thinking that if we run weeklywise with closing the period, does it be helpful for the monthend run with close period? I understand

that if we run deprecitation without closing in 11.5.10.2, again we have run the 'rollback depreciation' program. If I am doing that then, any

useful for my monthend run ?

I know that in R12,  after running the depreciation without closing the period, if any additions
