How to enable ASR on SL48 tape library?

Hello, does anyone know, how to enable ASR on SL48 tape library?I try to open Sl48 web GUI, select configuration > network management then click "enable SNMP", put ASR manager ip address on "IPv4 Target 1".
But when I try to register the SL48 IP address on ASR manager or check on MOS, still no luck.
