API for wsh_carriers & wsh_carrier_services

Hi,

I'm in process of creating a supplier via API. If my supplier is a transporter i need to define the carriers.(Path : Purchasing ->Setup -> Purchasing -> Define Carriers).

Is there any API for inserting the records into tables "wsh_carriers" and "wsh_carrier_services". I found some packages like  "wsh_create_carriers_pkg" and "wsh_carrier_services_pkg". How to use the same. Is there any code posted.
