DQM Serial Sync Index Program

Dear all,

I got SR about R12 DQM Serial Sync Index Program which setup to Automatic already.

In Test instance, it can be automatic launched once new customer recorded created/updated. However in Production instance, this prm will not be submitted by system after customer information updated.

Check the related setup in 2 instance everything is same.

Appreciate for our kindly reply about this issue.
