POs go to the next approver in the approval hierarchy when buyer chooses not the default approval hierarchy even he should be able to approve the PO.
i.e. we need to setup a buyer in more than one approval hierarchy as he buys different materials and for each material category there is different approval hierarchy. This buyer can buy all the materials within a limit for each material and so if he exceeds that limit the PO should go to his next approver for that material category. So for testing we have setup 2 approval hierarchies. One is the default approval hierarchy (for materials A) and anther approval hierarchy for materials B. So when the buyer enters a PO for materials B he chooses the approval hierarchy
