Re-org tables in Oracle EBS

Dear All,
I did the purge of one table wsh_exceptions in my database which was around 60 GB. After the purge also, the size remains the same, seems I need to do re-org of the tables. Kindly advice on which is the best method should I use and how to calculate more space need to do this re-org activity.
