Need help on adding scroll bars to the sample image bean

Hi,
Loading images is very slow especially when they are colored. We are using Jinitiator configuration to deploy our application, I found this "https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&doctype=PROBLEM&id=361722.1" sample suitable to our configuration. I am able to load image into it but cannot scroll when image size is bigger than the control.

I want to add scroll bars to it, As I am not a java programmer I need some help to alter those codes to show vertical and horizontal scroll bars.
