Error while installing Oracle Forms 11g on Windows 7(Creating AS Instance failed)

Hi,

I am trying to install Oracle Forms 11g on my windows 7 system.I have configured the Loopback adapter for the same.

Now while proceeding with the installation of Forms 11g, the installation fails at the Creating AS Instance stage.

Please help me out in successfully carrying out the installation.
