Oracle 11.2.0.3 RAC install

Hi, I have an Intel server running OEL 5.5 supporting a single-instance (non-RAC) Oracle database. The server is beefed up with quad-core CPU and 64G of RAM. We could like to do a RAC certification for a custom application and wish to use the same server. Here is what I intend doing:1. Create two guest VMs on the OEL host os
2. Provision dedicate storage for each of the VM's, to hold the OS and Oracle binaries AND 2 shared unformatted disks for OCR/VOT and db files
3. Install oracle RAC on the guest VMs

Would this work?

Also, would I be able to use RAC 11g templates in OEL or are they only for OVM installs?

Howdy, Stranger!
