Strange gather stats gathering after upgrade

Hi!
We moved from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2 on the 19th of Nov.

Oracle have gathered stats at 05:00 every morning. The job have run for 10 minutes. But on Saturday and Sunday morning, for 4-5 hours.

Im sure that the data have not changed that much during the weekend.

How to investigate this further?
