Error - PO’s created in 12.0.4 and getting approved in 12.1.3

Hi,

Buyer is getting below error on Approval of PO. This error is coming for PO’s created in 12.0.4 and getting approved in 12.1.3.

 

Cause: Attribute OLD_PO_REVISION_NUM is getting referred in 12.1.3 package, but the same is not present for already initiated workflows in 12.0.4.

Can any one help on this issue.
