Problem Code Mapping

Oracle CRM Telesales

Using the Customer Support responsibility I have linked Problem Codes to specific Service Requests and I have linked the Service Requests to a specific Responsibility. For two weeks everything worked perfectly but now suddenly other none related Problem Codes reflect as options under these service requests.

The setup is still correct. Is there advice available as to how I can trouble shoot this.
