I dont get support. I dont even get told when Oracle changes my rep - the "new" one has never contac
I would love for someone
to answer the simplest of questions, instead Oracle's "support" looks
for reasons not to help you so that Oracle consulting can come in. Anyone else. If you have a rep that calls you back or
even introduces themselves to you I'd love to get their name. My
company is Fortune 200 but when I have an issue they spend a great deal of time avoiding answers even when my system is crippled.
