Legacy phpbb forum migration?

Hi all, I'm running a legacy user community that happens to have some old phpbb forums full of content. I'm migrating to a shiny new Fusion Middleware-based community, and I want to leverage the forums (Middleware Discussions) that come with it (admin console lists Jive Forums Silver 5.5.20.3-oracle as the version). The old phpbb forums are version 2.0.20 and are mySQL-based. Is there any knowledge out there on the best way to go about performing a data migration so that I don't lose all of the content in the old forums when the users transition to the new ones? These
