APPEWF Remittance Advice workflow is not getting kicked off after Payment Batch Confirmation

Hi
From last week, all of a sudden APPEWF Remittance Advice workflow is not getting kicked off after Payment Batch Confirmation and not sending email notifications to the suppliers. There is no change either on wft file and no patches applied. I observed that workflow itself not getting kicked off after payment batch because there are no item keys generated in wf_items table and no notifications in wf_notifications table and the same workflow working fine in test instance.

Can anybody have any clue on this issue?
