Can we create ST /OT from ETO project, work orders?

Hi,
1. Created one project with Manufacturing Tasks & Related Work Orders.
2. Changed Processing Option of P31P001 for application P4210 set it to ZJDE0007 (Transfer Order)
3. Tried to create ST / OT from ETO project, system displays errors of
Business Unit Invalid,
Blank Invalid
Add Change Invalid

Can we create ST /OT from ETO project, work orders?
