I analyse my database and I see process not statspack not correct

Hello,

     I analyze my database by  a query to retrieve the Worst Total SQL by CPU Time and I see 2 query system  are bad.

 The cpu time are very high 948 for the query 84828483

and 325 for the query 3471794499

What do you think about it ?

and What can I do ?
